Delivery windows may vary by location, If you are not home, please make alternative arrangements.

Ownership of the product will transfer to you, once we have delivered in accordance with your delivery address. Your package will no longer be our responsibility.

Please take care to check your correct delivery address as we will not refund if the incorrect delivery address has been provided.
We accept no liability or responsibility for incorrectly placed orders.

We highly recommend being at home at time of delivery but, If you will not be home when delivery is taking place we highly recommend you nominate a cool, safe place for delivery of products. 

All packages will be left at your front door if no other instructions are detailed in your delivery instructions.

The products will be at your risk from the time of delivery to the delivery address or in accordance with your delivery instructions.

You will be responsible for an order from the time it has been delivered, in accordance with your delivery instructions, We accept no liability, or responsibility for any product once the product has been delivered to you.

We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason including if the requested item is not available or if there is an error in the price or product description on the website.

If we reject your order we will notify you via email on order placement time or up to 24 hours after the order is placed.
